In season mode, go to "Commissioner", "Edit User Control", click the desired team. Return to the season menu, then click "Select Team" and choose the new team. Then, click "Coach Options", "Trade", go to your other team, and trade the desired player. Return to "Edit User Control" and let the CPU take over for the rest of the season. Note: You can repeat this as many times as needed.
