To use these cheats, you must have installed the v1.1 patch. Use a text editor to edit the "config.cfg" file in the "\18 wos across america" directory located in your \home. Go to the "uset g_console" line and change its value to "1". Then, in game, go to the console with "~", type the cheat and ENTER, and press "~" again to leave the console.
